"My husband and I have stayed here twice in the last couple of months. First time was with a group of Gymnasts as we wanted to stay close to Siena College for a meet they had. All of the staff are very welcoming and have great attitudes. Hayleigh at the front desk has been amazing everytime we’ve come to the desk and asked for anything. The GM Shella is a wonderful woman as well! She really takes the time to talk with guests and genuinely loves her job! I wish all of our hotels stays were as pleasant as they have made ours here!"

"I'm not really sure who would be responsible. But I am putting this out there. This is the third time it's happened to me at Holiday inn and how are they express so I just went to vent for a moment. I have a health issue when I reserve a room, whichever at least one to two different rooms a week and two different locations and I always reserve the same room candy cap mobility access to the shower. Not only did the hotel call me three times the day of checking to make sure I was coming, but to ensure that I needed that actual room, which I acknowledge. When I showed up to check in they said they didn't have the room available. I got by. I'm not complaining but I booked the room for a reason. The fact that they called me and verbally asked me if I needed the room and I told them yes and they said that was okay. I don't understand why again I show up and I lost access to that room."

"Servis was exceptional! Can’t beat a pool and free breakfast for kids. Location is super easy off of 87! We ate dinner at the attached restaurant and the food was very good! The pull out couch just needs a new mattress, but other than that… It was a great one night stay for my family!"

"Room was clean, pool was spotless, hottub was not hot but the jets were nice, breakfast was FANTASTIC, delightful mix of foods that are picky-eater friendly too. I witnessed kitchen staff help a young customer very attentively, room has toaster oven and fridge, can not stress how relaxing and delightful of a treat breakfast was."

"I would NEVER stay here again. We were here for 7 nights while visiting family and it was extremely disappointing. Our keys didn’t work properly the first 2 days and we were locked out of our room twice. The carpets were so dirty that walking around in socks turned the socks black. Housekeeping only came in one day during our stay. We were told there was a shortage of housekeepers. We asked for extra towels and we were told there was a shortage of towels so we would have to use our towels multiple times. I called downstairs for toilet paper and tissues and was told to come downstairs and get them myself. That’s fine but there was no apology for being short staffed. In fact she was matter-of-fact and rude about it. The hallways, elevators, and hotel were dirty. If you are staying in the Latham area, find another hotel."
