Quality Inn & Suites Albany Airport

"We ended up switching rooms twice. The third room was OK. First one had no lamp shades, smelled. Second had a soggy wet towel and was worse. We were told there wasn't any rooms with 2 tvs, with the jacuzzi tub on the second floor. They lied since that is what we got. We went to target to get bleach to clean it first. The hotel smelled like curry, the carpets were ripped and loose in the hallways. It was suppose to be a fun night for my husband's birthday. We made the most of it, but the hotel was awful! Not to mention the stains on the furniture in the first 2 rooms and the water leaking from the ceiling. When I asked about the towel that I brought to the front desk he tried to tell me it was due to the fridge being by the door. And it smelled like something was burning in the room."

"The rooms were cheap and the employees were nice but the room was dirty and smelled like smoke and the fridge was leaking and had mold growing in it, but that wasn't the worst of it. They had a roach infestation! Worst hotel experience of my life!"

"Our bulding feels like a second thoughts. The entrance doors have no locks, the rooms have no phones. They say it's under renovation but it feels like it's been like that for a long time. The whole place is holding by a tread. The guy at reception was doing his best. Very friendly but he doesn't have much to work with. The good side is that it was quite cheap.....but sonare many other options in the area. On a positive note, our room was handicapped accessible and it is probably very good for someone in a wheel chair. The bars in bathroom and shower are sturdy and well placed and ample space to roll around in the room. Very easy access. The room itself was recently painted."

"It really is as bad as everyone on here is saying. The whole building smells funny, rooms need some serious updating and are quite dingy. I couldn’t get anything to stay plugged into the outlets. And to top it off my shower wasn’t working. Also it this hotel was listed on multiple platforms as having an Airport Shuttle but they do not actually have one. False advertising. Please stay away from this place if you can!"

"Worst Choice hotel we ever stayed in whole life. We booked for 5 people which has two queen bed and one sofa bed. Sofa bed was completely damaged and they asked us to sleep on that. Queen bed sheet was also dirty, looks like it was never changed since last 10 years. Also, toilet and bathtub was dirtiest. If you care for your hygiene then never stay in this hotel. Please do not waste your money over here"
