Reviews
"This Renaissance Revival apartment building was designed by architect Andrew Thomas and was finished in 1927. This particular building was famous for being one of the first "garden" apartments in the Bronx, because the apartments surrounded a large courtyard. Many of the original concrete Japanese lanterns can still be seen in the courtyard. When I was there, there was a lot of garbage being collected in the garden area which certainly did not add to its Feng Shui, although one resident said that in the spring, the garden blooms and is beautiful."
