"This building is amazing, when I first arrived for my tour I met with James and he did an awesome job showing me and my children around. I should’ve recorded a video of everything because I was impressed. I didn’t get to see the unit due to renovations but the building itself is beautifully done."

"Avoid Carnegie Management properties. They’re poorly managed and are very unprofessional."

"The management is horrible, in particular Baila. They are rude and unresponsive. The building is grossly overpriced you can live in midtown for the price. They held swimming classes in a pool during COVID. There is also two new building being burin around the building so expect construction noise. The super Gustavo is really good though. A luxury building w no luxury. In addition the floors stain grossly, there is piss and dog poop all over the street, garage door will have your car stuck for hours.
