"Everyday there’s at least one person cleaning the floors and the concierges are very professional- especially Roland. The property manager Lindsay is very responsive and completely reasonable. I appreciate rules being enforced when it’s so many people under one roof! update: 3.5 months left in my 14 month lease. Now the concierge has skeleton hours. One night I was coming back in walking my dogs and the front door in the lobby was not locked and this was after the concierge had left. Door to the elevator from the parking garage still does not have the key fob enabled for entry. I used to use the coffee machine in the lobby and before concierge hours were cut, the machine was put away at night. Feels like they started letting anyone move in here or why would they feel the need to do that... I bought my own at this point. Doesn't sit right. Just missed a very important delivery attempt at 9:55am today when there is supposed to be concierge hours. The apartment itself is great and my floor is quiet but others I hear have trash room overload and smells of weed including the parking garage despite warning emails sent out. The staff is nice but it's gotten frustrating."
"So far on your one year anniversary, the location and price point is fine for this apartment complex. However, considering that Wilder Balter Partners is an influential employer for New Rochelle and Westchester County, I fail to comprehend the decision to reduce concierge hours to 1-7pm on weekdays and 8am-9pm on weekends as a cost containment strategy. Even if a member of management is around, if no one is attending the concierge desk, it is of little significance. This limitation is an inconvenience that I don't agree with and is not pragmatic and myopic at best."
"As a current resident, please avoid this building. The current property manager, Lindsay Raider, has done nothing to address the needs of current residents. Furthermore, the hallways consistently smell of marijuana, which pass through the ventilation system. Through numerous interactions with Lindsay, for legitimate questions, she is usually unreachable and at best condescending."
"I’m a current resident and I’ve had a very positive experience with the management office and building staff. Lindsay responds to all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner. Concierge are very friendly and welcoming. The building is also well-maintained as the lobby, hallways and garbage rooms are always clean. Overall, I’m very happy here and would recommend to any new residents."
"I recently had the pleasure of moving in to this building, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was impressed with the attention to detail and the high-quality amenities. One standout feature of this property is the exceptional building manager, Onasis. He is an absolute gem, always going above and beyond to ensure that every resident's needs are met promptly and efficiently. Onasis's dedication to maintaining the building in impeccable condition is truly remarkable. If you're looking for a truly luxurious living experience with exceptional service, this building should be at the top of your list!"
