"The five stars are for the super Mike and the cleaning staff. Mike always goes above and beyond for us. He is always professional and takes pride in trying to keep the building clean and organized which is evident by the hardworking cleaning staff. Mike is also super respectful when he needs to enter your unit. He always takes his shoes off which I interpret as excellent care and service. The few times I called for non emergency issues he responded almost immediately and was quick to resolve the problem. He is an asset to the building community."

"I moved to the Motif building and have encountered a few issues along the way. Mike, maintenance (property Superintendent) customer service is second to none. He is very reliable, honest, and operates with integrity. If there is a repair issue, his performance displays exceptional accuracy and a highly consistent level of performance in his work. I can't forget to discuss the turnaround time with a top-notch response."

"I've been a resident at Motif for a few months now and I am extremely pleased! Apartment: nice layout, thick walls, quality appliances. Building: well kept with daily cleaning. Peaceful and quiet environment. Nice outside deck. Staff: Mike is a gem and is Motif's greatest assest because I have never experienced maintenance requests that are addressed immediately and solved effortlessly until I moved here! I honestly feel like there isn't any repair or issue he cannot solve! Mike is professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly! E is also great to have on the team! The leasing manager Matt is very warm and welcoming! He makes sure the residents receive necessary announcements and communications. If I have any questions I know I can go to him. Matt is professional, friendly, and easy on the eyes :) Ashley is sweet and friendly as well! Having a welcoming and knowledgeable staff makes all the difference and I would recommend living at Motif!"

"I can't say enough good things about moving into Motif. I first came for a tour and Matthew was very pleasant and Kind to show the apartments to me. He took his time and reassured me that this was the place to make a home. He was right, I moved in a week later. Our super Mike has been great. He’s not just a handyman, he goes above and beyond to ensure our building is safe, clean, and well-maintained. It's evident that he takes great pride in his work, and it shows in the results. But what truly sets our super apart is his incredible kindness and willingness to assist residents. He's very approachable, friendly, dedicated and always ready to lend a helping hand. "I’ve been a tenant here since April and was one of the couple of tenanted first here. It’s still a pleasure to be living here and to know that we have staff and support whenever we need. I’d like to foremost shout-out Mike, the supper in the building because he’s been nothing but extremely helpful and dedicated to helping us out when we first moved in. We’ve had issues where we’ve got locked out of our apartment and couldn’t get back inside because we didn’t have the key, or the keys weren’t working and Mike was so quick to assist and help us getting back into our apartment. I believe he goes beyond and above to satisfy the needs of the tenants Here at Motif and he truly cares about the tenants and is always a call away when assistant is needed.
