"My family and I had the opportunity to live at The Hammel for close to 4 years. Tony, Billy, Mikey, Jaime and Ms. Marie made us feel welcomed, cared for and appreciated from day 1. The property was always clean, and maintenance was never an issue - if anything came up it was addressed immediately or as soon as possible. We would recommend renting at any of ELD Properties as they are all beautiful, well kept and well attended to. Tony and his team are amazing. We only left because we needed more space, else we would probably still be there! Don’t bother looking anywhere else! The size of these apartments especially the rooms are incomparable to other offerings!"

Very convenient downtown, walk to lots of restaurants, to the high ways and the train station too. The buildings are well maintained and the parking lot and building are secure.
