"Apartments at the Stella are beautiful, modern, and cozy. The surrounding views are amazing. The amenities including the gym and pool are great perks. The entire staff is amazing. A special shout out to Ricky and Sheniqua who always take the time to get to know the residents and are willing to help out in any way. Our dog Bronx appreciates the many rubs and treats Ricky gives him every time he sees him. As the fur-mom of a pitbull, I appreciate how dog friendly this community is and that there are no breed or weight restrictions. It’s the reason we chose the Stella over other buildings in the area. Lastly, the custodial team always ensures the building and common areas are clean and well-maintained."

"The Stella is a great place to call home! The units are well-appointed and the amenities are all you need and then some, especially the gym. The residents are friendly. They coordinate activities and events for the community to come together. Packages are delivered in a timely manner. The location is conveniently located downtown and a quick walk to the train station. The MVP to my experience from day one has been Holly. It all started with her showing me the property on a drop-in without an appointment. I was relocating from out of state and had limited time to view apartments in the area. Holly showed me several units that met my needs and budget range. She went the extra mile and showed me a unit which had the chance to come available because she knew I was flying out that day and couldn’t come back to see and she knew it might be a top choice for me since I wanted a water view. She sent me off with all the info I needed (so detailed and thorough). Fast forward to the next week and a call followed by an email letting me know the unit was available. YAY! Holly was attentive and responsive every step of the way. She answered all of my emails (and I meal ALL!), sent measurements and videos of the unit so I could order furniture. There was really nothing she didn’t do to help alleviate the stress of moving with very little lead time. Holly’s personality, energy, and care are top notch. The concierge desk staff are all nice and attentive. I’d be remiss if I didn’t give a nod to Rafael. He is amazing! He’s friendly, knowledgable, personable, and has one of the best memories and recalls I’ve ever experienced. He seems to know everyone by name and interacts with folks so genuinely. It’s a real pleasure to walk in and have him welcome me home. I’m going to round this out with Ricky, maintenance and cleaning staff. Ricky is always around and about the building. He made sure I knew the ins and out of the building, requesting service, and obtaining additional amenities if needed. The maintenance and cleaning team keep the building in great condition. The common areas, including the trash rooms (iykyk), are always pristine. The facilities are in good working order and the team can be found taking care of things. The staff has been the key to my experience. They go the extra mile and it’s appreciated. If you’re looking for somewhere to call home, you should seriously consider The Stella!"
