"My experience living at One Clinton Park has been nothing but exceptional. This building is beautiful, clean, and most importantly safe. I relocated here to be closer to work but I can now say New Rochelle feels like home. From the beautiful fresh flowers in the lobby to the free coffee stands all over the building and the stunning views from my apartment, I can say I live in a wonderful building."

"One clinton park has made my experience 5 stars, the best apartment complex i have ever lived in! 24/7 concierge makes it super safe at all hours, great amenities for me and my guest. They also have great perks every other Friday's at the speak easy and holiday events. The leasing staff is always nice and available when you need them. Beautiful city views as well."

"I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience living in this so-called ‘luxury’ apartment. The building is constantly filled with the smell of marijuana smoke, creating an unpleasant and unprofessional atmosphere. In the gym, the situation is no better, with constant weights being thrown around and shaking the building. But the most unbearable issue has been the sewage leak (been like this for over a week now). The stench is horrific, reminiscent of a dead body, and has made living here almost intolerable. The lack of communication from management about this serious issue is alarming. There was not a single email or notice about the leak, leaving residents uncertain about potential health hazards. This silence is a glaring example of their indifference to residents’ well-being. Like many other reviews have pointed out, the management seems completely apathetic. Their disregard for residents’ concerns and the building’s maintenance is unacceptable, especially for a place that markets itself as a ‘luxury’ living space. I am eagerly counting down the days until I can move out and leave this dreadful experience behind. I strongly advise against renting here unless you want to endure a similar ordeal"

"This is a lovely building. I have been at the Clinton for almost 7 months. It has been great. And staff and tenants are nice people. Really enjoying my time here. The parking has gotten better. But my car was damaged and the company has not reached out or return my messages. That’s the downside."

"Moved in about two months ago and have enjoyed my time at One Clinton Park so far. The facilities are generally well maintained, the concierge staff is outstanding and the community for the most part is fantastic. Edel and team are responsive and helpful. The things I'd call out as room for improvement. The dryers are, for lack of better words, annoying. It typically takes about 2-3 tries to get clothes dry. Parking is valet which often sounds nicer than it is in reality. Would love to see a self-park option for efficiency. Lastly, while generally I believe we have a fantastic community here I've personally had some challenges that have been specific to the floor I live on. Literally had a tenant or friend of a tenant try to bang the door down in a unit on my floor. Some a tenant--or tenants-- leave the trash room in ridiculous shape (however maintenance tends to NOT let it linger). Nonetheless, with a little over two months in I'd recommend."
