"This building is a nightmare. There are six elevator servicing 40 floors but oftentimes only three elevators are working if even that many. Today there are only three elevators working but they stopped on every third floor up and down so good luck if you're in a rush. The garage elevator was out of service for months. Building management will gaslight you and lie to your face if you complain about anything. If you get a package delivered you can't pick it up until the building scans it which can take up to 24 hours. I regret moving into this building. Nothing in the building is maintained. The air conditioner units in the apartment are horrifically loud, but barely cool the space. The floor in my apartment is warped from some kind of leak but maintenance hasn't responded to my requests. The windows haven't been cleaned from the outside in the two years I've been here and they are filthy. Management will give you incorrect contact information when you ask to speak with anyone. Do not move here! Updated to add: we currently only have TWO functioning elevators and the city has issued violations to the building. Seriously, do yourself a favor and do not move here. They also turn off the heat once it gets above 50° outside. So if you don't like to be cold, you need to get your own space heaters. Today is 48° outside and my heater is pushing out cold air. I've lived in many apartment buildings, usually they turn heat on at the beginning of the season and leave it on until the end, but the Skyline turns the heat on and off each day depending on the weather."

"It has been a year since I moved into this apartment. When I first moved in, my friends were worried because the Google ratings for this apartment were low. However, it seems that the management has improved since then, and I have been comfortable living here. What I like the most is that the top floor of this apartment is a gym, and the view from there is amazing. Being able to exercise while looking at the Long Island Sound and the Manhattan skyline on the south side is fantastic! There are also occasional parties where staff and residents can meet and talk, which I think is a great initiative. I can also appreciate the helpfulness of the staff."

"Been here for about a year now and it's been one of the best places I've lived so far. I have a great 1 bedroom apartment that looks out over the Long Island Sound. Generally, the people in the building are nice and the monthly meet ups help to meet them. I've always had good experiences with the people who work here as well. Christy, Marcia, and Alex are all really great and super helpful. I also really appreciate the folks at the front desk and in the package room. We order a lot online and it's nice knowing that my stuff is in good hands. I work from home and I love that I can work in different areas in the building. My favorite is sitting outside on the patio by the pool."

"After spending 10 years in New York City it was time for a change. Skyline made that change very easy I'm spending at least $1,000 less than I was in New York City for twice the room The staff are great very easy to get things done here. For the amount of people living in this building I would have thought there be more issues The staff is very nice it's very easy to get maintenance done everything just works quickly. They have a lot of amenities a great gym on the top floor a computer room and a resident room with pool and other stuff to do as well as a big screen TV. I would definitely refer my friends and family to this place. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is when I signed up to get my apartment I was supposed to get one of the diamond upgrade apartments and then 7 days before I moved in I was told it was no longer available they were very helpful since they realized they made a mistake so I got into a great apartment at a great price."
