The Rockwell New Rochelle

"I waited to see how it would go! It went well! I love it here! I’m coming from another high end new building (this is better) building is quiet, working class tenants and although the concierge are young, they are all very respectful, presentable and articulate!!!! I have an A1 kitchen and can sleep on my counter top lol! I hear nothing between the walls, thank God as this was my issue in my last apt, why I moved! The restaurant downstairs has thee best BBQ ever and football multiple times a week on the big screens (half price tailgate wings on certain days) The owners at the Rockwell, are thee absolute best! They welcomed me with opened arms and even came in to help me with my cable! I can reach out to them anytime and they are always helpful! He’s a Veteran and so am I and he made sure he took very good care of me and I like that, a lot! Run, don’t walk to the leasing office located on the 5th floor and tell them Caroline sent you! Meet you in the great room!"

"I would NOT RECOMMEND living here. I lived here for 2 years and had several issues with the owners and Silvana. Amenities are BELOW average and no guests allowed in the gym, not even personal trainers. Residents are rude and stuck up, they don’t even say hello back to you. Owners micro manage residents. Front desk staff are all teenagers as Donna and Bob are too cheap to hire professional doormen. There was a fire in the apartment above mine which set off the sprinklers and caused severe water damage to my apt to the point where I had to move everything out for a month while they did repairs. Silvana, Donna and Bob tried to ILLEGALLY charge me the full rent for my apt for the month I was not able to stay there due to the water damage. Money hungry unethical people. You would be SETTLING moving here when there are so many new buildings in New Rochelle with high rise views, luxurious amenities, and friendly community all for the same price you’d pay at Rockwell. The building I live at now provides an on-site personal trainer (free of charge), free cpr classes, and community events every other Friday."

"Absolutely love this building! The apartments are large, beautiful, not to mention it is a quiet building full of working professionals. Maintained to perfection with an accommodating staff to help with any requests. Owners are fully invested in the local community which makes a huge difference when choosing your new home."

"The Rockwell is a beautiful location that has obviously been built with the highest intentions. The Roof Top Garden, Amenity Room and Bark Park were all done with such care and help make the building a wonderful place to live. I have had great experiences with the Rockwell Staff. In fact, I've never met such engaged and helpful people. You can tell they care about The Rockwell and want to share their knowledge and pride in the building. Can't recommend this Grand Apartment Building enough...5/5!"

"I wanted to wait a few months to see if this place was a dream but it's not. I have nothing but good comments about the layout, the staff and the amenities. The Rockwell is pet and people friendly. There are a lot of events hosted by the staff. I just went to a Meet Your Neighbors event a few days ago where there were drinks and I met a lot of friendly neighbors. Such a great event, I cannot wait for the upcoming events to have more fun. If you choose an A1 layout you will have a lot of counter space. The building is very quiet, no loud music, no smoke smell in the hallways, the staff are always vacuuming and there are plug ins in the hallways so it always smells good. No pet urine in the hallways, elevators, staircases or sidewalks along the property. I do wish there was more parking since I have two vehicles but that's it. If you are looking for a calm environment that only has working class people in the building, no young kids making a bunch of noise at night in the hallways... THIS IS THE PLACE. They should change their name to The Relaxation."
