"Have worked here for just about 10 years.....it's easy to bash our buildings...our response to repairs is within 24hours depending on the category of repair. Housing leaves tenants waiting for months at times years. We do our very best with what we have... To all those that DONT like the site.....feel free to move."

"IF YOU LIKE TAKING A HOT SHOWER EVERYDAY DONT MOVE HERE. IT'S ALWAYS AN ISSUE WITH HOT WATER.( ((ALWAYSS)) WE GO WEEKS WITHOUT HOT WATER SOMETIMES!!!. DON'T LET NO BROKERS TRICK YOU INTO THIS PLACE, THEY COULD CARE LESS AFTER THEY GET THEIR CUT. MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE!! THEY POST THE SAME " NO HOT WATER NOTICE" EVERY MONTH. WITHOUT SOLVING THE PROBLEM. I REGRET MOVING HERE & YOU WILL TOO...."

"I would refrain from doing business with this management company. I was in contact with the manager Samantha and everything was going great. Filled out the application and payed the background check. I went to go see a few apartments and we agreed on sending her an email to solidify our decision. The apartment we were interested in wasn't finished so we decided to push back our move in date (6/1). I emailed her the decision (4/17) and received no response. Then followed up over the phone and her receptionist said she received the email and would respond. No email received. Followed up again via email (4/27) and waited a week. No response. I called the office and got a hold of Samantha over the phone (5/4) and she was rude and seemed annoyed at my call and inquiry on the availability of the apartment we were interested in. I emailed her twice and waited 3 weeks and no response. Communication here is obviously horrible. Glad I dodged this bullet."
