"i am disabled veteran with low fixed income. i have a section 8 hud/vash housing voucher. a management person at hillcrest manor desk told me there was a five year wait for apartments. really? i rented a unit here 20 years ago. paid cash, got right in. what are these vouchers for if not to pay for those who need them. this is my thanks for serving?"

"Very good location. The new owner and management are actively involved. Plenty of parking. The apartments are hard wood floors and newly painted , clean and quiet."

"I’ve lived here from former management to the current new owner . Former management was fine . The new owner and staff are much more involved & in my experience do a lot more for the buildings and renters . The apartments are mostly being redone with hardwood floors redone & many other updates that previous management would not do . The grounds are clean & there’s plenty of parking . The apartments are clean and buildings are safe . Most people know their neighbors & are respectful. New owner can be seen on the grounds taking care of things & responds quickly to any calls or concerns."

"Never rent here. They barely plow. The never salt. Unless you have a four wheel drive with chains you'll be lucky to make into the parking lot. Plus they barely have enough parking spaces for every apartment. This plus every other negative review on here should tell you something."
