"My roommates and I have rented SQL but the management is unresponsive. They literally did not fix anything. Basic necessities like heater, laundry and dishwasher did not work.I would recommend for you to not get it."

"Do NOT RENT from this company!!!! The apartments are filthy and run down, I signed a lease based upon what they put on their website and arrived for the semester to a filthy apartment with broken furniture and a rodent infestation in the kitchen, garbage all over the front yard. FAR from luxury apartments for students like they advertise, I am getting a slum lord vibe from them being that all of their tenants are from other countries. They are taking advantage of students from other countries who, like me, don't live here and couldn't view the apartments prior to arriving for the semester. I'm adding this note after moving out and seeing the response to my review from the SQL "team"--yes they offered me another apartment when I found that the one I rented was such a disaster - the space was just as banged up and filthy. It was 5 days into the semester and I had vacated the apt I rented after demanding someone to come in and clean. Long story shorter, I had no choice but to stay in the place I leased sight unseen. Beware of this out of town slumlord, I plan on coming for him once I pass the Bar Exam."
