"Very clean hotel. Rooms are small but functional and not prohibitive. When we checked in the gentleman who checked us in was professional, helpful and friendly. Tony the bartender was great. At checkout at 4 am the following morning you could tell the difference between staffing. No coffee in the lobby, well cold night before coffee. When we asked some guy behind the desk with his back to us mumbled a few times then pointed us to a microwave without turning around and said warm it up. He single-handedly ensured we won’t stay at Aloft again. He was a super jerk, really no other way to put it."

"Wonderful experience here. We drove in from Michigan and the staff were very friendly and helpful, so we're the staff in the morning! The rooms are clean and comfortable with great amenities! Couldn't ask for more. We will absolutely stay here again!"

"It was my first stay here and I’m a Syracuse native born and raised but was visiting from out of town. I remember when the hotel was built before I moved. I always heard good things about it and the hotel didn’t disappoint. 100/10 recommend easily. Being dog friendly was a plus. Prioritizing pet owners for the first and second floor is genius so we have easier access to the outside. They have a clean up station right outside the front entrance. The staff are all friendly and sweet. They have a bar and a little cafe/market place. This will be my go to hotel next time I’m in town. I will recommend this to my friends and family who may also come from out of town. Nicely done!"

"I visited for a conference in downtown and am glad I stayed a little farther out at this hotel. The shuttle service to and from the train station was great and the drivers were friendly. Check-in was easy and the staff was personable and attentive. The room was modern, it had thin walls, a few scratches and dents, but overall was very comfortable. My favorite part was the ability to walk from the hotel to downtown via the creekside trail. It was about a mile of flat, paved, multi-use trail."
