"Kimbap and Pork Bulgogi ON POINT! I came in around 4:45pm and was the restaurant’s only patron. Had my food in under 5 minutes. Staff was polite and helpful. Tables and restroom were spotless. Food was the best I’ve had outside Korea. I will be back!"

"Churong House is a delightful discovery, offering a truly authentic Korean food. The welcoming staff set the stage for a menu bursting with genuine flavors. Highlights include the perfectly crispy Vegetable Pancake and the exquisitely marinated Bulgogi. Each dish feels like a labor of love, reminiscent of Seoul's vibrant culinary scene. Accompanied by a thoughtful selection of Soju, the meal was both comforting and exhilarating. The attentive service adds to the charm. This small gem is a must-visit for anyone craving an authentic taste of Korea."

"Best Korean food in Syracuse, and has a great home style feel. I cannot recommend enough the kimchi jeon (pancake). Super hearty, it's enough for one person's whole meal"

"The food was excellent and so was the service. I am staying from out of town and walked down the road to this place. It was well worth the short walk from my hotel. I highly recommend this place. Such amazing Korean food!"

"I went graving Korean food and took the risk of driving to their doggy area of Syracuse. Once I was seated I was met with nothing but aggression. When ready to go I requested a container and the owner got more aggressive and started yelling. When I noticed they added gratuity to my bill as a party of one, I asked them to remove it. The owner then told me that if I don’t want to pay gratuity I should go back to the kitchen and serve myself. They why should she have to serve me my food and not be tipped. That she is OWED A TIP. Then finally they agree to remove the gratuity and bring me the check and then add another fee without my permission. When I ask about it they snatch the receipt from my hand telling me they don’t need my signature, to get out, and physically push me to get out of the restaurant. I called the police to report the assault and filed a police report, so if it happens again there is documentation and legal action can be taken. It is never ok for anyone to put their hands on another person. STAY AWAY."
