"The maintenance people will walk into your home without your knowledge or approval whether you are home or not. They will allege they have work orders. Someone put in a work order in my name that I did not request and they are using that to force themselves into the space. Be forewarned. I am scared."
"At cedarwood apartments the rental consultants are rude maintenance are also rude and disrespectful put no parking signs in a parking spot that is for parking. Parking sucks I wont not recommend moving here. When I first moved in they had some really nice and respectful that was managing the complex if you do move here make sure you keep stuff in your storage locker or in the apartment or they will just throw it away with out any notice to clean the area up first before they throw your stuff away come December I am out of here"
"By far the biggest company of liars and thief's I have ever rented from. The management WILL screw you out of you security deposit even if you make the apartment look better when you left then when you moved in. Also they will show you great apartments once you sign your lease they will rent to you the most run down apartment that they have available."
"This company (specifically property manager Dave Hitchcock) charged us to fully replace the carpeting of our previous apartment, claiming it was stained. We lived there for 2 years, paid rent on time, never had any complaints from neighbors, and left the carpets in fine condition. They simply wanted to replace the carpeting and are tried to make us pay for it. Look elsewhere for an apartment, but if you must rent from these thieves, make them walk through the apartment with you when you leave or expect a fraudulent bill in the mail."
