"So I literally just called to ask a couple questions and the man that just answered sounds so miserable and unkind. At the end of the call I said thank you he just hung up didn't say anything else. Any other person would say you welcome have a good night etc. I was excited to come here and I'll just go somewhere else because customer service is everything to me."

"Really great place! There was a small miscommunication about payment, and they felt so bad about the inconvenience that they gave us a free breakfast. I don't share this so everyone can demand free breakfast - but rather to show that it was just a small issue for us, but to them, it was a big deal and mattered. Their staff is very informative about the area too. They were very loving and receptive when we came in, and my dog really enjoyed her first hotel stay ever. And no one complained when she whined like a gremlin when we left her for an hour for dinner. So I think the walls are great at sound insulation, haha. The dining area was amazing. My husband and I enjoyed our dinner, and it was so tasty and flavourful. Seriously, it was such a great end to our exhausting day of travel. Then breakfast was nice because I was able to take food to go back to my husband at the room so he could sleep in :) Seriously, I loved those hotels. It is very clean and so lovely and very fancy. Feels 5 stars to me "

"Bathroom had overpowering smell of mildew and visible dirt on the floor at check in. “Breakfast” was inedible and not as labeled. Shower temperature control only provided scalding hot water or no water. Upon check in, had to wait over ten minutes for front desk person to appear. There was no front desk person at checkout. I was given two room keys that were visibly dirty with scratches and greasy fingerprints. The bed was comfortable, that was the only bright spot in this stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I will not be staying there again."

"Long haired counter person has no people skills and does not belong in that position. Blond lady is super nice and professional. No hot water for over a day and when brought to their attention there was no apology. Breakfast attendant was good but all tables were dirty. Shower is disgusting."

"Had the bad luck of reserving a room for a night where an entire wedding reserved the floor I was also on. Rowdy and loud well up to and past 2am in the morning. I understand this is just the guests, although the phone in my room didn't work and I couldn't find a single person who worked there for over an hour. Eventually called with my cell phone to immediately get put on hold and then hung up on. There were piles of dried puke in the breakfast area the next morning. The complete lack of control in this hotel was absolutely amazing and unacceptable."
