"We lived at Webster Woods in a 3 bedroom townhome for the past year until we bought our home. It was a great place to live. Quite neighborhood setting that is clean and grounds are well maintained. The townhouse was spacious with great closet space and nice size bathrooms. Meghan is a wonderful property manager and Pat with maintenance is fantastic. We only had a few minor issues and Pat always took care in a timely manner. I definitely recommend Webster Woods."
"I really loved living here the past two years. I had a ranch-style 2 bedroom townhouse. Meghan and Pat were so nice and helpful. Didn’t have too many reasons to contact maintenance, but if something did need fixing (like my microwave) - Pat was quick to check in and see what the issue was. If Pat couldn’t fix it that day, he was very good at communicating when to expect it to be fixed and a timeline. No sound issues or noisy neighbors. Snow removal and landscaping were always timely. The only reason I didn’t renew again this year was that I moved away from Rochester."
"Lived here for seven years. The neighborhood is very quiet and the townhouse was great. Good price relative to other comparable options in the area. Staff was definitely the high point - very responsive and helpful. If I ever had to wait for maintenance, it was never more than a day or two. Property is well maintained and snow removal was prompt as well."
"Webster woods townhouses are a wonderful place to live! The staff is outstanding and if u want a quiet place u have it there! They are super nice and get your issues done Immediately you won’t be disappointed, I lived there two years and it was awesome!!!!"
"My husband,son, and I have lived at Webster woods for almost 2 years now and they are absolutely amazing! They are on it for EVERYTHING! The cleanup from the storm this weekend was absolutely incredible! They never stopped cleaning up and they even do your driveway and front steps. They are always the first to be there if there’s ever a maintenance issue! Pat is absolutely outstanding and so kind! Meghan the property manager is the absolute best to deal with as well! There are not enough good things to say about Webster Woods! Not to mention our townhouse is absolutely beautiful!"
