"I am so happy to be living at Legends at North Ponds! My apartment is spacious with lots of closets and cupboards for storage. I love having the balcony, as I enjoy sitting outdoors. My favorite thing about Legends is the social community. We have scrabble and bingo and book club and movie nights and more! I have made so many friends. Everyone I have met has been friendly and kind. It's a great place to live!"
"I have lived at Legends At North Ponds for over 6 years and I love it here! We have a wonderful community of people how enjoy each other and fun things to do like weekly Bingo, Trivia night, Scrabble, Sunday night movie and occasional group dinners. Our maintenance man, and our site manager are both very friendly and kind. I am very happy here and I hope to be here a long time!!"

"I have lived here for about 10 years. I love my apartment it is spacious and comfortable. The buildings are very attractive. It's a convenient location as Wegmans is only .6 miles away. The complex has a direct access into the beautiful North Ponds park. I have always been amazed as to how quiet it is in my apartment. There is no noise from neighboring apartments. The residents are friendly and feel like an extended family."
