"Decent priced, small family run motel conveniently located on Empire Blvd where there are plenty of shopping and dining locations and not far from downtown Rochester. Rooms were spacious but not very clean. Bed was old but comfortable enough. Room I stayed in was like an efficiency apt with a small couch, a table and a full kitchen. Not sure if all the rooms were like that."
"The rooms are clean and comfortable, but they are old and it shows. Having a fridge, coffee maker and microwave is a nice touch, but there was no clock in the room, and no phone to call the office. The TV wasn't working properly, but the staff promptly corrected the problem. If you are on a tight budget, consider the Relax Inn."
"I had a great experience. The room was very clean and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Attentive and friendly service. Calm and quiet place . I would recommend the motel for their great service. Walking distance to most restaurants and supermarkets."
"Pretty good stay. The rooms where clean and big. We got a room with a kitchen for some reason, so this added some space to the whole room. There weren't any kitchen utensils, I suppose this room was meant for long-term stays, not for just one night. I was bit worried about the neraby highway, but it was really quiet during the night. There was a microwave and fridge in the kitchen so this an option for dinner."
"I would give this a 0 star. This place was disgusting. Nothing was clean. There was feces on parts of the walls. The bed had stains on them. The towels smelled musty and had hair all over them. Would not recommend this place."
