"We sold our house and we were only going to stay here but instead we have been here five years because we love it so much. When we call for maintenance they come in a timely manner. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous if you love nature. Meghan who is the office manager has been great every time I have had to go in there, and has a great personality. She doesn’t make you feel like you’re bothering her. My husband and I love it here."

"We have lived in the community for almost a year now and just renewed our lease for another 2 years. The community is beautiful, quiet and in a perfect location. The office manager Meghan is very professional, kind and accommodating. We have lived in a variety of “rentals” and/or communities throughout the years and maintenance has always been a struggle- not here!!! The maintenance man Alex here at Willowpoint is AMAZING!!!! He is very responsive and eager to help, even for the most basic task. And they don’t wait for things to break here, they actually stay on top of the routine maintenance of the townhomes and property. We love living here ❤️"

"We have lived here for a year and a half. Since the first time we met Megan, the manager; she has been very helpful. If she didn't have the answer , she would make calls to help us. Alex, the maintenance person is kind and works very hard. If there is a problem- he comes in a matter of hours to take care of it. We love our neighborhood, and feel very safe here. The people are very nice that live around us. The neighborhood is quiet and the town house is too. We don't hear anything from the people next to us. It's a wonderful place to live!"
