"My experience here has been great. We live right near the ponds within walking distance and absolutely love it. Best location. We have been living here now for around 2 years. Maintenance has been great too. Always on top of things and respond very quickly no matter what the maintenance request has been. Prices are a little more than I expected but as the phrase goes you get what you pay for and I am definitely happy living here. I recommend the North Ponds community to anyone!"
"I have lived here for many years. The office staff is friendly and extremely helpful. They are always willing to help. The maintenance staff goes above and beyond with snow removal, responsiveness to calls and also always willing to help as well. They go above and beyond to help the residents and maintain the property within their limits."
"I do love my surroundings here, have had trouble with theft from stained glass ornamental decor on my front door. Have had some my neighbors voice displeasure with my pup, and accusations re cleaning up after him , however, I purchase my own disposable bags and always am mindful of this. I am wondering f about previous tenants being charged for their carpets upon leaving residence here, as I have witnessed new carpets being placed each time a resident leaves, so , is that charge necessary. Idk . Have to say the maintenance crew is the best- timely, courteous, and well skilled. Kudos to them."
