"Room was clean and ok. Definitely no frills. Served breakfast in the morning, and that was good. Parking lots are full of trash. Front lot has about 7 dirty diapers in it along with other garbage. Front door is always open, which let's the winter cold in. Looks like ceiling parts falling on floor...just dirty. Needed to be vacuumed up, as this was the first impression one gets when they arrive."

"Perfect location to downtown. Spotless, clean room with an excellent mattress, pillows and flat screen TV. Loved the layout! Even though it appeared all rooms were filled, it was quiet while I slept. Breakfast is available and many choices! I highly recommend!"

"A very good hotel to stay at if you have pets with you. The first floor has rooms with doors to the inside and outside making it easy to let doggies go outside to do their business. It is not the most modern hotel but the service makes up for that, great breakfast and attentive personnel."

"What a disaster if I could give this place -50 stars I would. From the moment I got there everything in my body told me to leave. As soon as I walked in, there was an older man complaining about his room and all the front desk did was offer him free water. When I got to my room there were several bugs on the bed and on the walls (not bed bugs). When I asked for a new room, since this one clearly had not been cleaned I was told wait till morning. OK no fuss since I had a double bedroom and the other bed was fine. Morning came, I tried to take a shower before going to front desk and the whole shower head fell apart almost knocking me in the head! Horrible customer service as I was denied any type of refund! Please Stay AWAY From this place!!!!!"
