"Worst place I've ever stayed in. The photos on Expedia are NOT RECENT OR VALID. The rooms are dirty, run down and very small. Let's start there. The first room we had was 305. Absolutely disgusting. The room smelled horrible, the mattress was COVERED in stains and hair. Not one sheet was clean. The carpet was stained and smelled. Our second room was no better but the bed was a bit cleaner. The washroom was so small you had to stand in the tub so you could close the door. No hot water unless you ran the tub for 20 mins. The room door didn't close all the way. We asked for an extra blanket which we got but it was full of burn holes and blood stains. The room had bugs flying around and super thin walls. We heard everything. Impossible to sleep. The hallways are dirty. Haven't been vacuumed in sometime. The elevator smelled like cigarette smoke and marijuana. Windows were cracked and falling apart, exit signs hanging from the ceiling. Breakfast was just waffles, juice, coffee or cereal. No fruit, bread, muffins or Protien. We ended up eating out. We spoke with the manager about our experience. The only thing she took from the conversation was she would look into the water situation and call us. Not sure why we needed a call. We needed water while we were there not after we left. All other concerns were dismissed with eye rolls. Very ignorant women. Sleeping in your car would be a better option than staying here. Days Inn should be ashamed of this place."
"This hotel was a horrible experience, Normally I don’t complain but I been working in hotels for 4 years & I had to stay here for 5 days due to an emergency, at check in my id and card was never checked. They just manually authorized my card which is a huge security issue, The place was really dirty & scary, guest laundry was broken, on my last day I woke up and their was a Bed Bug on the pillow. It really scared me & I’m glad I didn’t get bit. This could of been a lawsuit , This is a huge issue that this was in my room, I killed it and threw it away, it made me feel so uncomfortable I left a day early and found somewhere else to stay. I talked to an older manger about this and all he said was “ haven’t seen those in a long time” , he didn’t charge my for the night I left which was pointless because I wasn’t going to get charged anyways because I paid for trip protection. So no compensation was really given. I left my room and left my charger in the room & when I called back the lady said hold on can you call back in 30 minutes. And I said it’s in the room , she put me on hold for like 2 minutes & they said it wasn’t in the room. They probably didn’t even check. So I had to buy a new 40$ charger from apple. This is ridiculous and I deserve like a full refund. Absolutely unacceptable."
"For starters, it took way to many tries to open the door, we had to go back downstairs and ask for help. Next the food was not great. Along with the service. We were completely unaware that room service had to be "requested" to get it, so our room was not cleaned Then after we had seen some family and went out to eat we came back and our door would not open, we tried both keys multiple times and it would not budge. We ended up calling the front desk and getting a new key. It took us 10 minutes to open a door and the doors look like something from the 80s, they need to be updated. The front desk worker told us that our key might have deactivated, which shouldn't happen unless we checked out, also the front desk worker is extremely lazy. Again with the room service we had to go down all the way from the fourth floor and get towels and wash cloths. He had only given us 2 each. The room was smaller than we expected and the bathroom was extremely small. Overall we were not happy with this stay. Would not recommend."
"Easily the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. If I could give zero stars I would. Pulled in and right away the hotel looks run down compared to photos online. Total catfish. Night clerk was nice enough and got us checked in quickly but it's all bad from there. The elevator is tiny, dark and stinks of cigarettes. The room was filthy. Dirt and pieces of God knows what all over the floor. Bugs flying around. Hair on the towels. I would never recommend this location and I am so surprised to see it being listed on travel websites. Avoid avoid avoid!"
"Location is safe. It's next to a Dennys. Easy drive to campus. It's cheap. No bugs. However... The hotel reeks of smoke. Clearly violators are not being fined or there needs to be stronger worded, more visible signage. I was traveling alone so I don't have to have everything perfect, but most folks would have walked out. If you expect very little, you'll get it. It's fine for someone who is okay with "roughing it" because it is literally the bare minimum. I think if the smoking was addressed, their overall rating could go up 1 star."
