"CVS does not disappoint. I prefer more than other pharmacies. Always seems to have what I need for good prices."
"Absolutely horrible experience trying to pickup a prescription - dont bother calling ever"
"I recently had a positive experience at this CVS pharmacy, despite the occasional long lines. Despite the wait times, I must say that the staff's professionalism and dedication to customer service truly shone through. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile, and the staff members were quick to acknowledge the lines and assure customers that they were doing their best to expedite the process. What impressed me the most was the pharmacy team's ability to maintain a sense of calm and composure, even during peak hours. They efficiently multi tasked, addressing questions from multiple customers while still maintaining accuracy in dispensing medications. The staff also took the time to explain medications and offer advice, showing a genuine concern for their customers' well-being. Despite the long lines, I felt valued as a customer, and the staff's dedication to providing excellent service made the wait more bearable. CVS also offers a convenient online prescription refill service, which I found incredibly helpful to avoid the lines on busier days. So overall while long lines can be a common occurrence at CVS, the exceptional customer service and professionalism of the staff more than make up for it. I appreciate their commitment to their customers' health and well-being, and I will continue to choose CVS for my pharmacy needs."
"Horrible service! If you get your prescription at this location, make sure to know the prescription you are getting. Advise you not! There is a high possibility they will give you the wrong one. They have prescripted a wrong prescription to my 1 year old. Double check, stay safe, and be educated. People at this location have difficulty reading information or don't care enough to take their time to read the information they are given. It is a very dangerous practice with people's medicine. Definitely do not recommend this location. No star rating if I could."
"My wife is always hesitant to go to the pharmacy counter every time this one costumer service person is there. She is not friendly and always acts as if you are bothering her. When you ask her a question, she answers with the least amount of words possible. Even when you try to smile at her to say "hello", "thank you" or "have a good day" she never responds, just looks off in a distance! Always responds and looks pained as if she is barely tolerating the customer. In addition, store is not well stocked and is overpriced. It's a shame the Rite Aide next block closed. They weren't great but was soooo much better than this CVS."
