CVS Pharmacy

"Worst pharmacy in town. Lost my own prescriptions twice, filed one a month later and some never. I had three occasions where my doctors send a prescription in which wasn’t filled three hours later. I get in line for 20mins when I am told it’s being filled now. Came back after 90mins to be told the simple kids antibiotics is not in stock. I did not get a text or anything. Despite them telling me I will be informed by text. We had three occasions when a family member had to wait for their antibiotics an extra day from the day it got prescribed until they could take it. In the middle of nyc, unacceptable."

"CVS is my go to Pharmacy. I'm not sure it will continue to be. I have a new DISCOUNT PRESCRIPTION PLAN much like GoodRx and other discount plans that offer you a coupon code to use when buy meds. (NOT a prescription insurance plan) I explained what the plan was, and that it offered my 50% off the discount prescription plan that CVS was using. After a half hour the only thing that came up was "maybe there's a deductible." I explained that it "ISN'T AN INSURANCE, IT'S A PRESCRIPTION DISCOUNT PLAN." Apparently CVS' computers don't allow the pharmacy associates to use any other plans than the most expensive. If it weren't for the fact that it is a necessary drug for my husband, I would have walked out. But instead paid the amount that they charged me. I am considering checking out other pharmacies in the neighborhood as this situation is not representative of good customer service."

"Pharmacists have it tough. They deal with sick people all day. However I recommend you going somewhere else for medication as the pharmacists here are rude and slow even for simple tasks."
