"This place needs a better system for online ordering and answering the phones! I was planning on making a purchase online for shipping. When I went online there was a promo for 20% $35 and up when picked up. Now the store isn’t close to me but for %20 off I ordered additional items to meet $35. Two days later I received a notification that one of the items wasn’t in stock and was cancelled. Ok no problem. But why doesn’t my credit card statement reflect that? It has processed the amount of $48.98!!! Which is the price for both items! I’ve called the store at least 8 times between yesterday and today and no one had picked up! I called the 800 # and was told the store had to cancel the order or she could start a case that would take 5-7 days! This is absolutely ridiculous!! I will never do this again."

"This review is solely for their Pharmacy Department. I have been to other companies like CVS, walmart,Costco, private ones but the people at this pharmacy are probably the worst. Maybe they don’t make enough money!? Pls pay them more. Because they are extremely unpleasant and rude on the PHONE. If they answer the phone at all. They often forget to set up delivery of medicine and when asked why they simply become angry and blame you for their fault. I just hope the company is aware of their unprofessional attitude and try to fix it ASAP."
