"Got told this evening I was "trying to get a product cheaper" to manager when the bag of chips along with all other lays brand has $3.49 sticker on it and it says that price online, when it got rung up it was $4.79 I explained politely that it says right there on the bag and got the response " I didn't put that sticker on there"! What kind of sick untrained people are you hiring?... In my time it was the customers always right! I'm a long time paying customer, when I witness others running out with unpaid products once a week, it's a slap in the face and feels like the employee has the same attitude as the thieves cause who wants to always pay and get treated like one?"

"I use the pharmacy at 18th Ave in Brooklyn to handle my parents prescriptions. They are fantastic. All their prescriptions are filled quickly and accurately."

"Incredibly rude blonde female cashier. The self check out automatically scanned an item twice after I held it up once. I was only buying a single item. She called her coworker over to assist but barked “If you don’t know how to use the self checkout then don’t use it.” Completely uncalled for and unprofessional. I’m assuming she thought I couldn’t understand her, because she was so blatantly nasty about it. I told her to not assume and that their tech was at fault. The machine was also struggling to take Apple Pay. Her coworker in the tech aisle was much more friendlier and courteous. If she kept unnecessary commentary to a minimum perhaps her line wouldn’t be so long."

"The cashier's name is David is rude and doesn't know how to talk to a customer at all. I use to shop from this store because of this cashier I stop shopping. I purchase 4 cases of bottled water and ask him if someone can help me to bring them to my car he was asking me why? When customers ask for help you don't ask them why and rude way. because of customers, he gets his paycheck he should realize that. and this is not the first time he's always have an Attitude problem. he made female cashier Laura carry all my water to my car he was telling her (like he's the manager of the store )to help me. I don't understand why this company hires people that they don't want to work or help customers. the manager should ask every each customer about his service .hes terrible he's very disrespectful with people. if management won't take action and do something about that person im gonna have a complaint to headquarters of the right aid stores. good credit for cashier Laura .she was very nice helpful .special thank you to her and good bless her .and, please hire more people like her."
