Beach Side Hotel

"We rented 2 rooms with 2 full beds in each for 4 nights over the weekend at around $1700 the owner greeted us with a very welcoming and friendly attitude. Located on Ocean Blvd it's very close to the beach you can walk to it easily just across the street. We enjoyed our stay, obviously the rooms need a little work but nothing a little sprucing up can't fix. Will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises!"

"Worst experience I ever had!!! When I got my room key, I had to walk up three flights (no elevator). There was a pungent marijuana smell on all three floors. The room did not look at all like the pictures on their website. The beds looked worn and the microwave and refrigerator were ancient. There was a huge amount of water in front of the window and the baseboard looked moldy with holes to the outside. The ice machine and washer on the first floor were disgusting. I wouldn't use either. This place was so bad I refused to stay the night!!! I ended up renting another room in a different hotel. They refused to refund my money, but I did not feel safe staying there. DO NOT STAY HERE FOR ANY REASON> IT IS A DUMP!!!!!!"

"Hotel did not match pictures. Room had water all along the window which they said came from their a/c. They offered to wipe it up, but I declined. The entire hotel reeked of marijuana. My room was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. The ice machine was disgusting and you had to pay for ice. The wall by window had holes in it which you could see outside. Worst hotel l ever saw."

"The room was okay, just no TV, room not as clean as expected, only sheets on bed no covers, sheets had black spots on side of the bed( thank God we brought our own) the ocean view was nice. Fridge wasn't as clean as it should be.. 2 towel outta whole time we was there ( again glad we brought our own).."

"Room was filthy, microwave and refrigerator nasty, dresser drawers filthy, only 1 towel and wash cloth per couple then had to take them to front desk and turn them in before could get anymore, 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 days, commode ran continuously, lights kept flickering, fire detectors hanging from the wall, no tv for 2 days of the stay, manager/owner very rude, no pool, outside and stairwell cluttered and dirty, no clean linen, no maid service, and even more, there was a couple who had just started working there who were trying to clean the mess up and were very apologetic. Will never stay there again and don’t recommend anyone stay there !!"
