"There are some positive and some negative aspects to this office. Some of the dentists are quite competent. However, the one that treated me made some inappropriate racial remarks and other remarks that no educated, sensitive, and sensible individual should make. The office itself is small and narrow, though quite high-tech. The staff is a bit disorganized and informal. I suppose that many people do not like formality and, thus, might enjoy it."

"My experience wasn’t a great one. I went for an issue which was explained prior to my appointment. However they scheduled appointment & only did an X Ray on P 1.No other services were provided I spent more time filling out forms and waiting. Representative took my ID at the beginning when I checked in. While I was waiting I’m hearing a conversation between staff & patient. Discussing what she must pay and costs that she was given prior weren’t accurate. The staff then went to front desk and was explaining the situation and front desk staff told him that at the end she had to pay that’s all. Once hygienist took me in to the room she did P1 X Ray & was less than 5 min for to do this. Front desk representative who I believe is the owner of this place, Walks in and makes suggestions before I even see the Dentist. I believe his name was Jeffrey and may be the owner of this place. While I was in room with hygienist across in the same room was the dentist with a patient doing a procedure. The dentist was professional and had good bedside manner. At the end was told that I would be given a referral to Endodontist. I was given a referral letter by front desk. It only said tooth # and didn’t have any other information to my issue. I asked front desk representative what am I supposed to tell Endodontist when I call since the referral letter didn’t have much information. He began to speak to me as if I was a child. And says you say my name is such and such. He was very rude and condescending. Front desk reception asks for my ID again before so leave and other staff if asking for my social security number again. Although I had already filled that info in the forms they provided me. I feel as if I wasted time and insurance money on no services provided. I called to explain my disappointment and asked if that one P1 X-ray could be emailed to me along with details on services they provided. Basically didn’t provide. I was told that this would be emailed to me. However never received anything. I would not recommend anyone to this place. Stay away from this place!"

"Once this deep cleaning is done, I will never ever come to Westside Dental again. I don't need a dentist who cares about me as a person, but I would appareciate one who cares about explaining the procedure I need as though 40-year-old adults like me can comprehend costs before we make a decision. I was only supposed to get a deep cleaning. I showed up at noon, paid my copay, and waited. After the doctor looked in my mouth, she brought in the hygienist or whoever to do the cleaning. Out of nowhere, I get told there is an extra $125 procedure to do on top of the procedure I had just finished. That's extremely unprofessional to add another charge in the process. Also, I was numb for several hours and couldn't eat until 4PM. I'm not reporting you to BBB or anywhere. Losing my business after this next visit ought to teach you a lesson."
