"Invisalign patients beware- they will misleadingly tell you that Invisalign costs $6000, but at the end of the treatment they surprise you with an additional $800 (!) charge for a mandatory retainer, a charge they could easily have mentioned at the start and throughout the process but did not until the end of the process, when it's too late. Seems deliberately misleading IMO. Furthermore, the dentist just isn't very good at communicating and is not thorough in her work; she left me with a bunch of pieces of cement plaster on my teeth and I was like "will you remove these or will they come off by themselves" and she literally rolled her eyes at me and had to go back over my teeth. She was gonna let me walk out of there with permanent hunks of cement on my teeth! Furthermore even after all that time and money I still wasn't really satisfied with how my teeth came out and I wish I'd gone to a real orthodontist."

"Terrible! (Update: my insurance is now charging me because this office filed that I had 2 cleanings done on the same day! They're now fraudulently making claims with my insurance.) Watch out and beware! Dr. Kanatova's hygienist coerced and manipulated me into accepting the antibiotic dental treatment Arestin (I believe this was done to make a profit — in this case $425 of Arestin treatments. Plus $55 of fluoride). I pushed back on the Arestin option and asked if we could try to mitigate any issues I was having in an alternate way. I asked if we could give it another 6 months and then reassess the need for this treatment at that future time. The hygienist said no. She said Arestin was my only option/recourse."

She is literally a genius in her business. My other dentist (a surgeon) pulled out my wisdom teeth and asked me where did I get my crowns done because they are piece of art!
