"If I was to get braces all over again, this would definitely be the place I'd want them from. I contacted the office due to my permanent retainer requiring a fix, it had come away on one side. From the get go the staff were extremely helpful, they slotted me in that same afternoon - even though my braces were administered elsewhere (in the UK). From the moment I walked in to the office, to the moment I left I had a great experience. The staff were helpful / friendly and Dr Lagstein was wonderful, it was pleasure to meet them all. The fix to my retainer was done fast and well, it instantly felt better - before the fix I couldn't eat properly as a piece of the retainer was hanging down.
