"Dr Patricia has potentially the worst bedside manner I’ve ever encountered: snippy, rude, harsh and insulting. To add insult to injury: I missed two calls from her and upon returning the calls, she had no idea who I was. I assume she was just calling to make sure I still felt bad."

"I came in twice and wouldn't recommend. What they want is money and everything else doesn't matter. There was 0 personal touch and the dentist recommended outrageous procedures - also saying veneers are permanent when they're not, I am just so glad I got a second opinion suggesting a lot of my issues can be fixed more gently and i will never return here. Appointment procedures were disorganized also and I agree to the other low star comment of a bad history. Only reason I came in in the first place coz i was promised a sephora voucher which should already raise a red flag lol."
