"When I first moved here the property was amazing. Renee moved mountains for residents. I was in that first apt for 3 years. I moved into a 2bdrm and that’s when the issues started. James has now become the manager of the property. Renee went to a sister property. Moving into that apt was a nightmare. The apt was not ready. Cabinets weee hanging, sinks were clogged, mold was on the vents that they tried to pass off as smoke dust from candles. Later that year around Late December We started smelling a foul smell come through our vents. We complain. This is someone out to Clean the coils. That not help we can plan it again. They had them come back out and clean the coils. That did not work again, and after five months complaining James came out with Renee and then said that he didn’t smell anything but Renee said that she Smell it. They set up for a team to come in and remove the Entire unit inside the apartment. Once they pull the They found a dead squirrel that was in there decaying. After five months of complaining This was the end result. So at that point, we asked what to be let out of our release. Of course corporate and the office office denied us. So at that point that be fixed in our apartment, that was breaking Every day. So around July 2023 we received a letter saying that we were not eligible for lease renewal (Even though we already told them, we’re not gonna renew) And of course they were not giving a reason. If we were guilty of anything It was asking that our apartment function the way it was supposed to. That property has gone down and will continue to go down as long as This team is running the show. The only thing they have going for the maintenance guy He was very nice and polite all the time."

"Northstone apartments will give you plenty bang for your buck, my property manager James Hilton has always been nothing less than professional. Each time I had an issue it was handled in a timely manner. I would recommend if you are looking for an appointment do checkout Northstone apartments. The washer and dryer, dishwasher, ac, cable are great amenities to have. Check them out, I am very pleased with my experience. JJackson"

"James is a joy to deal with; hard working yet chill personality. When I have ANY issue he and the maintenance guys (super polite and respectful) are ON IT. Residents should clean up after themselves a little better."

"After a lengthy application process and (even explained COVID effecting my credit) nonrefundable $154 fee Northstone was kind enough to send a generic email reply denying my family. Very cold process and money that could have been spent on multiple home applications versus a craigslist apartment complex with terrible reviews. I wish I had read the reviews prior to applying do not waste your time and money! 0 stars if I could."
