Holiday Inn Express & Suites Raleigh SW NC State, an IHG Hotel

"Very nice hotel. Check-in was good, although the front desk attendant was awkward. Rooms clean, beds are comfortable, and breakfast was as expected. The only complaint is heavy doors that slammed all night long as guests came in and out of rooms... not the hotels fault."

"For a quick relaxation trip, the room was great. Clean relaxing room, breakfast area was clean and food was decent. But...jets in the hot tub were barely working, however the pool area was clean and Michelle brought towels when we let her know they were out. What we did notice was the back patio are could be used a little better like the hotel next door, fire pit, possibly corn hole.There is a decent amount of room and I think this hotel could use that slight upgrade out there...the inside has it with the fireplace, would love to see the outside have it. Thanks for having us♥️"

"This Holiday Inn was a very pleasant experience for me. I wanted a place with a hot tub and got it! The staff there was top notch. Jade at reception was phenomenal! It was an easy check in and she gave me some great information on attractions in the area and printed directions to a souvenir shop nearby. There was a very pleasant lady working in the kitchen that offered a serving tray to me as she saw me load up plenty of food to take to my room. There was also a young man cleaning up the lobby and chatting it up with me while watching HIS favorite team (Carolina Panthers). Overall the place was clean and comfortable and the staff again was what made my visit enjoyable. I will be back!!! Good work guys!"

"I booked this hotel because I was trying to find the cheapest, but somewhat decent place to stay in Raleigh for an academic conference. I was honestly really impressed by the quality of the hotel for the price and location. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they have a lot of amenities: a pool, small workout room, business center with two computers and two printers, and possibly more I wasn't aware of. After COVID, continental breakfasts have become a lot worse, but this hotel was the exception. Although I wish there wasn't so much waste in the individually wrapped items, they had a great selection of fruit, yoghurt, pastries, and much more. I loved the cinnamon rolls especially. The rooms were very clean and honestly some of the nicest I've seen in a long time. I would highly recommend this hotel! My only negative note was that the speed bumps were impossible to drive over without really shaking your car, no matter how slow you drive!"

"My children and I have truly enjoyed our stay here. Everyone including the general manager, the front desk staff, the housekeepers, the breakfast attendants, maintenance, everyone has been phenomenal in the services they provided to my children and I. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The housekeepers always made sure my children and I had what we needed. All the staff over all has been phenomenal in the services they provided. Special thanks to Jade, one of many amazing front desk clerks and Ms. Donna one of many amazing breakfast attendants, for the services you ladies provided to my children and I. Thank You All There At This Particular Holiday Inn!!❤️❤️"
