"The staff of front desk and housekeeping make up for what's lacking in maintenance and upgrades. From check in to check out every single employee was helpful and kind. I hope the owners of this location recognize their staff in a significant way and with their pay.. Rooms were clean, however the carpeting and other needed maintenance doesn't instill confidence."

"My family and I were in town for a hockey team and needed a place to stay. It's close to the Arena. Upon arrival to the hotel, the staff at the front desk was very polite and engaged in general conversation. They were very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast in the morning was decent (I'm not a breakfast person). Our room was in the back corner of the hotel. The only issue I had was that I had to walk all the way back to the front desk area to locate a soda and snack machine. My suggestion is to place more vending machines throughout the hotel. Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay and we will definitely book a room here whenever we are in the area."

"Very nice very clean hotel. Some people might say it's a little dated but it has a pool a gym and an amazing full breakfast. Bacon eggs pancakes grits coffee juice it has it all. The rooms are very clean and the staff is exceptionally pleasant."

"Recently had the absolute pleasure of staying here for our rehabber conference. From start to end it was perfect. I was late getting in (right at midnight) and my party had left my key up front. I spoke with a great gentleman who spoke as if it were noon and he was full of enthusiasm. He spoke to me about the room, the bar and breakfast. I was able to walk up to my room where I had 2 beautiful Queen beds and a very large bathroom. Everything was clean and very open even provided a desk so I could do my paper work while there. The water in the shower was hot and made my whole night! When I woke up, breakfast was served in a buffet style. Having plenty of options, along with coffee, water and juice. I decided to visit the bar for a quick night cap where I spoke with the bar tender who was amazing at handling the rush we brought in, made our drinks with a smile on her face and provided so many options, I loved mine! The stay was quiet and the staff was there if we needed them. It was an absolute pleasure staying here and I look forward to coming back next year and staying in the same location."
