DO NOT HIRE THEM OR RENT FROM THEM!! They also go under the name Wake HOA. TERRIBLE people."

"viewed their rental property at 5155 windy hill DR and while the place itself is in ok condition, it obviously hadn't been cleaned. kitchen cabinets are filthy, master bathroom left much to be desired, and this place has been open to viewing since January! I'm sure this is also the kind of company that turn around and require the property to be spotless on move out, but give it to you in this condition. If they actually clean the place ill be happy to change my review, but the state of the property doesn't give much confidence on their professionalism and attentiveness if I were to actually rent from them."

"Husband and I have been renting from them for the past 3 years and we have had a good experience. Last year, we even made a quick move from one of their properties to another with very little issue. The staff always answers the phones and are helpful and kind. We are almost sad to be leaving the Triangle Area. I can honestly say that they do the best that they can to fulfill maintenance requests and answer concerns in an orderly and timely fashion. If they were ever delayed they were apologetic about it. Great place to rent for those in need of affordable housing in the Triangle area. We wish the company and the staff all the best!"
