"I have been here since 2017 and since then management has changed several times. I will give credit when credit is due, each management company that has came across did inherit old problems, that was never resolved, and they do work hard to rectify it, after Woods of North Bend was bought out no management has lasted more than a year. With management changing so often the customer service had depleted greatly. What is the point of having an office phone when it is like pulling teeth to get through to someone. Maintenance on the other hand is wonderful that’s why they can have a 1 star. We all know rent increases every re should be no reason why the rent increased 2 times this year alone as well as the pet fee having to repay that again, when that should have transferred over. The system they can’t get right apparently they have lost my renewal letter luckily I have a copy because they are trying to charge more than what I agreed and signed for. Now as for the neighbourhood it has its ups and downs just like everywhere else, but between the shootings, break ins and infestation alone is just beyond me they only have one park which is not really kid friendly I see mostly adults and teens there, it really has become a ghetto place to live it used to be quite and now between to loud music and hearing all the fights outside my door, I feel like I am back in New York. I went from there loft apartments to a 2 bed 2 bath and when I tell you the wear and tear is crazy, I have cracks in the walls from shifting cracks near a lighting fixture in my dining room floor is lifting. Lastly back in the earlier years they used to do things for the community like sip and paint, movie night, Easter egg hunts gift give away and even pool parties all of that stoped. This used to be a great place to live, and now it’s not, and now this whole with appliance is not working, and being told that their hands are tied is unacceptable. If they expect us to pay rent on time, we expect our appliances to get repaired on time I am not putting more money into this place than what I had to. And I will repeat this used to be a great place to live in, but ever since going through several different managements this has by far been the worst experience ever."
"This is the worst situation I’ve ever encountered!!!!! This is the worst place I’ve ever leased from . I am writing to you today with a deep sense of urgency and frustration regarding the current state of my apartment at legacy of six forks!! I am deeply concerned about the lack of attention annd concern and action taken in response to the severe issues I have been facing. I’ve been left frazzled and feeling so hopeless without support! Over the past week, my apartment has been plagued by flooding, resulting in extensive mold growth. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to the maintenance team, no one has come to assess the situation or provide any assistance. This lack of response and communication is not only unacceptable but also poses a serious health risk to me and potentially other residents. I’m not even a confrontational person I believe peace is Gods way, but this has left me feeling so unheard! To make matters worse, the maintenance man responsible for addressing these issues took the key home, leaving me unable to access my own apartment. Knowing I was stuck out all night long! As a result, the management had to change the locks the next day because he still refused to open bring the key to them. Stating he was sick!, in further inconveniencing me and hindering any potential resolution to the ongoing problems. Given the severity of these circumstances and the prolonged period of neglect, I am left with no choice but to request the termination of my lease. I believe that the North Carolina Claw of Natural Disaster provides a valid basis for lease termination in situations where the living conditions have become uninhabitable due to natural disasters. The flooding, mold growth, and lack of maintenance response clearly fall under this! At this point I just want to leave and have a safe place to live! Rent being almost 1400 a month these things and the lack of value given to the tenants really is appalling and very sad! I pray I find a resolve to all of this in a peaceful way!"
"I moved to legacy at six forks April of 2022 for work. Throughout my time here and the everyday struggles I’ve had, everyone in the office has beyond kind, caring and understanding of whatever situation I may have had. Rather it be late on my rent, or a simple maintenance call. I owe the staff a huge thank you for everything you’ve done to make my living situation here in Raleigh an enjoyable one. I cannot thank you guys and gals enough for all your support and kindness."
"This office play with people like we're their children. If you're a new resident who just moved in you will not understand, and just in your honeymoon stages with your five star reviews. I hate to even give a star but it's needed to leave a review. First and foremost, throw the whole staff away in this office. All of them are incompetent and will get rude with you when you try to address any issue. If you're considering moving here DO NOT, and I repeat DO NOT make that mistake. You will regret it. There are too many nice apartments in this area about the same rent price to even give yourself a headache with trying to be heard. Take your hard earned money and go where you will be valued and respected, this place is not it and I cannot wait until me and my family move when our lease is up. Maintenance does patch jobs. You should've seen all of the possible OSHA violations when they called themselves renovating the outside of the apartments. So many different fees will pop up in your rental portal. They will never have time to address any of your concerns. You spend weeks, months playing phone and email tag before just giving up and coming up with your own solution. The gym is constantly broken into, it's clear the cameras around the property are dummy cameras. Pool stayed closed most of the summer. Have kids who like to swim? don't move here. The pool was open for less than a month before it shut down for good once again. @ S.D Get a letter notarized and send it to them certified that requires a signature. If that fails, file a complaint against RPM Living through the BBB."
"Not such a bad experience as I am reading which is shocking. The start of me arriving, I was greeted by the front office staff, I believe their name were Niyasa and Vicky. Two sweet ladies who walk me through the process. No I have only been here about 6 months and when I had issues with my toilet the maintenance man John I believe his name is came out and was able to assist me with the issue. He was great with great personality. He made sure that everything in my application was fix and working properly before he left."
