"VERY NICE APARTMENT"
"Fair pricing, most rooms are updated and refurbished. Heat coils in ceiling and A/C unit provided. Downside is the air doesn't circulate the apartment well, there's also German roach infestations that are an ongoing battle. Good first apartment, management is okay. They respond, but don't really take action. There have been some communication issues about property changes with no noticies about it. Maintaince has a habit of showing up late to fix things (ex: said they would fix a leaky faucet that ruined and molded my belongings around 4pm, arrived at 9pm.) Not thrilled, but a good cheap apartment."
