"Sarena and Tara have been phenomenal with our entire move - and so welcoming! We were visiting Raleigh from out of state as a potential city to move to when we stopped by The Signal on a whim. We visited numerous units over the course of two days and found the perfect space for our needs. The move-in itself was so smooth and we were greeted with a beautiful move-in gift from the team! We even made it to Raleigh in time for the building Christmas party, which was so much fun. The neighborhood, unit, and building are all beautiful with so much to do in walking distance. The amenities are top notch and we truly have everything we need here. We've met a number of other tenants who are also friendly and welcoming. My fiance and I have moved A LOT and this is hands down the best place we have ever lived."

"What an incredible place to live. Most of the residents are helpful, kind, and friendly. I've hosted friends in the common area and in my home, and they're all like WOW. This is NICE! The staff (shouts to Sarena for ::very patiently :: accommodating my indecision throughout the process and Tara for the lob that landed me this beautiful unit) is transparent, honest, and helpful. The location genuinely can't be beat. Even the move-in gifts are posh. I have a view that stretches miles and :: will never change ::. Emphasis there because that's super important. Move here. You'll love it."

"I've really enjoyed living at The Signal in Raleigh, NC. The amenities are great, especially the common area downstairs, which I frequently use when I work from home. I'm also looking forward to the food and retail that are coming soon. The staff has been super friendly and accommodating.
