Tree Top Apartments

"Not worth the money, these apartments are run down and they are charging rent as if they are not. The pool was only open during the weekday from 8 - 5 which meant a working person could not enjoy that amenity. And recently they decided to tow residents cars (for lack of registration) not lack of parking permit, and not because they don't run on the week of Thanksgiving! That's how you spread holiday cheer. Not to mention the rundown apartment they promised would have items fixed like cabinet doors, that still aren't fixed almost 10 months into a lease. Doors are falling off and a door was even put on that blocks a drawer (so it doesn't open). There are bugs crawling around, and the floors are uneven. Not to mention the policy presence. Can't wait to move out."

"The bathroom tub caulking looked like there was mold in it or it was discolored. When we walked up the stairs to the apartment, it looked dirty and there was a cigarette butt on the entry way before the apartment. There was something sticking out of the ceiling in the apartment dining area. The manager didn't seem to be bothered by these things. They charge $250 for an administrative fee. Which is too much! I was disappointed."

"The plumbing company that Caesar called to fix my problem was absolutely the best. The plumber placed a towel on the floor to keep the area clean I have never had any one so caring. But they did try to fix the problem. I am to let Caesar know if it continues to be a problem. Thank you Caesar for your immediate attention."

"I love living here! Move in process was quick and easy, Stacii is always available to help with any problems that come up, Cesar and Alex make sure everything runs smoothly in each apartment. Community is clean and very close to a lot of great restaurants that I love. The Soccer Field and the Fitness Center will make it easier for me to lose some weight this summer, 5 Stars!!!"

"Application process was very quick and Staci was an amazing sweet women! The apartment is nice little flaws here and there but nothing you can’t fix. Environment is friendly would recommend!"
