"The list of unresolved issues from day one (all of which management has been made aware) are as follows: Flooring in living room still lifting from a year ago. Construction debris including broken dry wall left behind washer and dryer. Paint over spray on the floors and toilet. Patio sliding door is extremely difficult to open/close. Bugs - every room every day. Counter tops in bathroom have dried mounds of epoxy . Bottom bull nose of all counter tops were never sealed properly so the particle board is shredding. We did sign another one year lease since job commitments have kept us in the area. Management and corporate are unresponsive."

"I moved here at the end of December of 2022, I was here for a whole month and thats when stuff started happening. From the bugs to the water heater busting from the wall to the AC Unit. My water was leaking everywhere in the apartment at least 3 4x and it had gotten so bad that they had to replace the water heater and the guy who fixed it told me that whoever had did it before didn’t put the correct pipes in order. My experience living here was a complete nightmare. The infestation are ridiculous here I had 4 bugs in the kitchen light, had bugs crawling on me while I was sleeping and also had a bug crawl in my ear as well. It was a lot happening in that apartment that I didn’t expect. Also the maintenance guys of the property didnt want to do anything, I constantly called and called a called and haven’t even gotten responses until I was on their time for them to do anything. Another thing is I haven’t seen any type of trash valet or pest control while living out here which is also included in the rent. If your looking for a place to go quick fast and a hurry and stack up a little more then this is a place for you if you don’t care about the infestations or property repairs but if you want to look for something that is luxury and can maintain your budget I suggest to not come here they don’t care about you. The office employees will gladly take your money and tell you to deal with it. Honestly they need more training or this apartment complex needs to be shut down and need a Grand opening on new staff members."

"Look elsewhere. This is an older slightly renovated complex that is overpriced and office worker is rude. I put in a work order and called to check on it because no one came the next day and she goes maintenance called out and will get to it when they get to it. For all the additional money I paying with the renewed lease, I expect better. It was ok at first but the increases for renewals lately have been ridiculous and there aren’t any amenities other than the pool. The location is pretty much all this place has going for it. Do yourself a favor and don’t look here when scouting for a new place to live."

"I have been living at this complex for 3 years. The first year was good however the past couple years have been AWFUL. For starters when ever it rains the ruff begins to bubble up as if it’s going to pop any given second. The parking is terrible! The AC unit in my apartment has been broken twice within a month! At one point my apartment was 96 degrees and another it was 99 ! This is completely unacceptable especially if they plan on continuing to raise the rent !!"

"Nothing to write home about. Multiple car break-ins. No amenities. Appliances are old. Maintenance is lazy. Bug problem. You can hear every word of your neighbors conversations. The only amenity (pool) is not actually open all summer. Nothing at all justifies the yearly +$300 rent increase. I promise you can find better for the price. There are literal crackheads that walk through the trees from the apt complex next door."
