"This Google review is based off my experience and support that I’ve received & while I’m huge on reviews I want to make note of the exceptional service I received today from Ed and Erin. We have lived in Midtown for almost 8 years. My husband and I needed some assistance with getting some documents in order and I must say Ed was very professional and available to assist each step of the way. Each time I called with questions and/or concerns, he was able to assist or when I reached out by email, he was sure to return my call. It’s refreshing to have office staff that communicate well! Erin informed me they are planning some community events and I’m actually looking forward to it! There have been a lot of changes in Midtown over the last few years, so it’s great to be able to depend on the property staff to resolve issues and be accessible to the residents. When I walked to the office today, I stood outside for a minute checking something and Ed came out to check on me & I truly appreciated that! Thank you Ed and thank you Erin for being great!"
