"Patricia was extremely helpful, courteous and kind from the first point of contact until my move in. She updated me through my application process and actually called me back any time I'd call. Honestly haven't had many nice landlords but Patricia is so sweet and answered all of my questions. The property is so pretty, its in a great area, quiet and it is so clean. I love that there is maintenance on site. My apartment was absolutely spotless moving in. Exceeded my expectations, my family and I are truly blessed to have found this spot and move in so quickly. I never write reviews to anything but this property deserves the credit. Thank you so much for all of your help & all that you do! You are very much appreciated!"

"My husband and I just moved in about a month ago. When we initially visited for a tour, Febby did an excellent job walking us through the apartment, answering questions, and showing us the various amenities on the grounds. We were impressed by the clean buildings and the pristine landscaping. We knew that we wanted to apply to live here immediately. Pat walked us through the application process, which was very simple, and before we knew it, we were approved and ready to move in. After we moved in, we noticed that we did not have a key to the storage closet and we saw a leak at the washing machine hookup. We put in the maintenance request at the leasing office. The next day, Jose came by and fixed everything. In fact, he even returned this morning to make the paint smoother where he fixed the leak. That was a pleasant and unexpected surprise! Although we have not been here long, we cannot say enough good things about the staff and our apartment at Green Meadows. Our 2 bedroom apartment is about 300 square feet larger than a couple other places we toured, less expensive, and this location is more convenient and walkable. I would recommend Green Meadows to anyone!!"

"my husband and i lived here for a year and it was wonderful. we were well taken care of as well as the property. maintenance was wonderful and helpful and did routine check ups for our air filter and fire alarm. Ms. Pat is extremely nice and makes sure everything is very taken care of. she has only been there a year and a half and has made a huge difference already. the only reason we are moving is to start our family so we need more space otherwise we would have stayed! 10/10 would recommend living here."

"Nice quiet community, exceptionally managed and maintained! Property manager Patricia Leonard is absolutely wonderful! She goes above and beyond for her tenants and you just know that she genuinely cares. The maintenance staff is equally as wonderful! They are prompt and friendly and handle any issues professionally and correctly the very first time! I’m going on my second year here and HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!"
