"My spouse and I moved into Laurel Springs at the end of October, and we are really happy here. The apartment is spacious and quiet, and the complex is in a terrific location. The Laurel Springs staff are the highlight - the office and maintenance teams are so friendly, helpful, and responsive to our inquiries and service requests (thank you, Rashad!). I recommend renting at Laurel Springs without reservation!"

"This month will be the third lease renewal of my second time living in this wonderful community, and I could not be more excited! I lived here for two years over a decade ago, and couldn’t wait to return to the beautiful property/ quiet neighbors/ my favorite pool of anywhere I’ve lived. Laurel Springs is a fantastic place, as well as Laurel Oaks our sister property where I lived for 13 years of my childhood. Both Springs and Oaks are wonderful places to live whether you are a young professional, a mother of three, or a retiree. I give 5 out of 5 stars!!!"

"Have called Laurel Springs home for 4 years. Love it here! The staff is helpful and attentive. Any needs are met ASAP by the management. The pool is beautiful and our fav spot during the summers. We are conveniently located to many things in the city but live on a wooded and well manicured area that makes it very cozy. It’s a great place to call home!"

"I lived here for close to two years and my experience was fantastic! The location is great, you can walk to Shelly lake and you’re only a 5 minute drive from North Hills and 15 to the heart of Raleigh. Ann is an exceptional property manager who always responded to my inquiries promptly and was pleasant to interact with. The maintenance team was great and resourceful. One time they even drove my trash to the dumpster when they saw me with it in the parking lot. Parking lot is never short on spots and is well lit at night. If you’re looking for a safe neighborhood and an apartment with an open layout, look no further!"

"I recently inquired about leasing an apartment at this location and was immediately turned off when I saw that the property lacked the desire to keep the grounds clean. Trash and debris appeared to have not been picked up and not to mention the "pet poop" area was overflowing. Although I'm glad to see that pet owners are cleaning up after their pets, it is disheartening that the management staff would be comfortable with this. Definitely NOT what you'd expect from any property, especially not for the price point that they are asking........(I'm only giving one star because this review requires it in order to submit)"
