"Single bedroom apartment review. I have loved living here for the past 4 years. This is a safe area for a single renter. My cats enjoy the sliding screen doors in my bedroom which provide a great view to keep them occupied throughout the day. The office manager and maintenance staff are great to deal with. I have not had any trouble with neighbors while living here. Each apartment has access from the parking lot! There are no stairs to haul furniture up which I did not see at any other apartment complex! The only downside I have had here and is the reason I am giving a 3 star are fleas. Every year I have had a flea infestation. Do not use the free flea treatment they offer unless you are willing to take off work to make sure the company ( terminex) sprays your apartment. Last year I had to evacuate my apartment and move in with a relative for 2 months when my flea count reached into the 1,000's. I was flea bombing my apartment and also had several flea traps out. The colder weather after four months eventually killed them."
