"Wynwood is contributing to ongoing littering in Raleigh. I am writing to express my concern regarding the inadequate dumpster provision at Wynwood Place Apartments for tenants to dispose of their waste. Furthermore, due to the dumpster's location, it attracts external parties who improperly discard their garbage, furniture, and waste. Consequently, litter and waste permeate throughout the neighborhood, creating an unsightly and unsanitary environment. Despite numerous complaints being filed, the issue persists on a weekly basis, indicating that the problem will not be resolved unless the apartment complex takes appropriate measures. It is suggested that the complex considers potential solutions such as relocating the dumpster to a more controlled area, implementing a lock system to restrict unauthorized access, or ensuring daily cleanup by staff members. I kindly request that immediate action be taken to address this ongoing issue and improve the living conditions for the residents of Wynwood Place Apartments as well as the surrounding community."
