Ashborough, The 5406 Viewcrest Way, Raleigh, NC 27606

"So I was in the process of looking to move and my boss recommended me to try Ashborough Apartment Homes in Raleigh. So I called them and spoke with Milton and explained to him what I was looking for and he scheduled me to come in for a tour to tour the apartments. I went in and Milton gave me a booklet that had all the floor plans square footage and amenities and much more. Then I walked by myself and first I viewed the Sisley floor plan which is nice as far as the space the hardwood flooring, Marble Countertops, Nice Whirlpool Washer and Dryer in the Apartment, but that floor plan didn’t quite have everything I was looking for so I went and viewed the second floor plan which was the Manet and that one had everything the first one had but it also had the big garden tub in the bathroom that looks like a jacuzzi but still didn’t have everything that I was looking for so I went and viewed the third floor plan which is called the Degas & that one had everything the first and second one had but what made that one stand out was the direct access garage where you can walk through your kitchen and open the door and be right in your garage. After viewing all the floor plans I went back and Milton gave me quotes for the Degas floor plan that I wanted and so the next day I applied and went there and checked on my application and Milton told me I was already pre-approved that they just needed from of income so after giving that to them I was approved for the apartment and I cannot wait until February to move into my new apartment and I’m sure I will be more than happy to call it home. So if you’re looking for nice luxury apartments in the heart of Raleigh I would recommend Ashborough Apartments Homes and definitely ask for Milton when you call or arrive at the complex and he will definitely do everything in his power to make it a smooth and hassle free experience."

"The Ashborough is a well maintained apartment complex. The leasing people are warm and welcoming and always eager to help(especially Madeline).Kudos to the maintenance guys, Tommy and Billy. They are so reliable and trustworthy. I would recommend this place to everyone!"

"One of my kids had an internship in Raleigh and this was one of the few places that would allow a short term lease. It was quite a bit extra over the normal rate, but we were very pleased with the stay. From all reports I received it was tranquil and peaceful. A special thanks goes out to Milton in the office, who made the short lease possible. We had to have quite a few changes getting the lease, proof of insurance, move-in date adjustments, etc.(especially since I was finalizing the lease remotely) but the office manager and Milton were on top of things and helpful throughout the stay. The maintenance team was also prompt to fix things. I did a lot of researching and contacting of apartments. We experienced none of the negatives that I read about online with other area rentals. Ashborough Apartments ended up being quite a good experience."

"Have you seen an apartment complex, renting out the garage as living space? If not, please stop by at 1932 Hidden Knoll Pl, and you will see one! We moved in here about a year ago and everything started perfectly. The apartment we live is clean (no roaches or bugs), the office staff are polite and caring, trash is pick up regularly and on time, etc. The two star I gave is to acknowledge those bright sides. However, our quiet community turned into an extremely noisy and unbearable one around 2 months ago. First we noticed repeating loud fights between a couple in the same block (1932) our apartment is located. Then we realized the noisy couple have just moved in and they literally live in the garage with no access to the apartment itself. We shared our concern with the management office and it seemed they are fully aware of the issue. They offered us to move to a different unit which was resulting in ~$300 increase in our rent price. All the positive and good aspects of this complex is shadowed by the noisy couple issue. It might be hard to imagine, but they start arguing and shouting at each other almost everyday, any time of the day or night. Yes that's right ANY time which includes 1 am to 6 am as well. at least 3 nights a week I wake up from the noise they make and I can't wait for my move out day to arrive, which is about a month from now"

"I've lived here for almost 2 years and it's been great! The one bedroom Manet is one of the best one bedroom floor plans I've ever seen. There are so many windows! Also the beautiful balcony porch is wonderful for creating a little outdoor oasis. The internal storage area in the laundry room is so nice, way better than a closet out on the porch. I wish more apartment complexes would do this! The apartments seem in good shape. I haven't had any major maintenance issues. Even when I do have a minor request, the maintenance team here is second to none. They are AMAZING. Quick response times, friendly and knowledgable. The maintenance crew is the one of the reasons I've decided to stay at this complex as my partner and I upgrade to a larger apartment. We knew we wouldn't be able to find a place with a more reliable crew! Give them all the raises! I do hear the upstairs neighbors here and there but not any more than other apartments I've lived or been in. I have not had any serious issues with pests. Being near some woods in North Carolina, there are wood roaches living outside in the area but I definitely don't have any issues with persistent bugs in the apartment. I have had the occasional wood roach/water bug wander in but this is mostly from leaving my balcony door open in the evenings or from holes in the screens on the windows. The quality of the windows was one of my few major complaints about this place, but they are currently replacing all the windows at the complex, so hopefully the new ones are of better quality. The only other complaint is the recycling situation. It fills up so fast. I wish there was a second area at the complex that had trash/recycling so it didn't fill up/back up so quickly. Overall, I've enjoyed my experience here and look forward to moving into my next unit here at the Ashborough. Both the office staff and the maintenance crew are friendly and easy to work with. I can't recommend this place enough!"
