"It was great when I first moved in in 1999 till 2004.. After that, it went down hill. They were in no habit of doing work orders at least in the same week. Sometimes it would take a month.. There's a problem with watering and field mice. They are very intrusive, love to put papers on your door for mediocre stuff but not doing it with important stuff like rent.. Office workers are rude, the kids from other residents go on your patio.. Always a lot of cops activity.. Loud music, rude neighbors, cussing kids.. It's ok if you're about it, but beware.. There's more negative than positive."
